As a wedding and portraits photographer, I enjoy letting myself get a bit distracted from time to time with personal projects that fall into the ‘just for fun’ category, and for the underlying purpose of staying creative and challenging myself to continue to work in different situations where I can experiment a little with different techniques. Besides my little stint at fashion week this year I don’t really involve myself much with it except to ogle at other fashion blogs and entertain fleeting thoughts of pushing my creative boundaries and trying something new.

So here you have it, some of my favourites from a shoot Jimmy and I did on the weekend, around the funky installations that are around the city. I must say that organising, styling, and getting one of these shoots together can be somewhat of a nightmare but when you finally get a group of lovely people together and pull it off it all seems worth it. Let me know what you think!!

Massive props to Jimmy for putting the idea to shoot round these installations in my head, and also to Seema for lending me these funkilicious clothes. Okay back to my day job now! xx
