Liz + Sean: Married!

Liz and Sean’s wedding was the second one I have captured to date at the MCA which had a brief very similar to the first….not all that interested in location shots, we don’t want to leave our party!! And so here it is, an incredible special day with special people…thank you lizzie so much for letting me be a part of it!!
On my side of the prep, I heard Liz worrying herself over how the boys were going to get their bow ties on. On the other side..I guess they managed to find a manual hahah!
An absolutely stunning design made just for Liz by her super talented friend Steven Khalil, apparently with something like 16 layers of tulle!!

And yes if you have been wondering, this is the Liz we knew back in high school…doesn’t she look absolutely wow!
Peonies are very high on my favourite flower list, these were just gorgeous!
The ceremony was held on the terrace and the skies were kind and holding in their masses!
The Dress & The Designer…
& The Details!! These were envisioned and taken care of by Alicia from Form Over Function who I had worked with before at a wedding last year and they brought such colour and class to the venue. It definitely is all in the detail and I love it all!
Little flower girl Madeleine was amazing. One minute she’d be tearing up the dance floor with half the guests, the next she’d be sitting quietly by her confident self playing with her Barbie (or the modern day equivalent, I’m slightly out of touch!). She is going to be one to look out for when she grows up!!
Liz & Sean, thank you for such a fun night!!! It seriously has been so lovely to reconnect after such a long time and see how everyone has been walking their own path and chasing their dreams, and finding this kind of love!! Thank you for your messages even when you are away on honeymoon and I hope this bunch of images brings back a flood of memories from a night which I’m sure went way too fast! xx

Loved doing this wedding, loved my time working with Liz (and Sean we never lost sight of what you would like, honest ;-) ) and was such fun to see it all come together on the day.
