It was our first time in Fiji and we couldn’t have asked for a better excuse to head over there. Amid a crazy busy couple of months in Sydney, it was the perfect excuse for a forced break on either side of one of the sweetest weddings ever. Unfortunately the rain came along for the ride (I heard it was super sunny in Sydney!), but it was kind enough to hold up enough for Jenny & David to enjoy their amazing day, and make a re-appearance only at the end of the night when we had decided we all needed a bit of a cold shower in any case! Enjoy some of my favourites from the day!!
This little set makes me smile…
It was such a multi-cultural wedding, snippets of differently accented english, mandarin and japanese everywhere from family and friends all around the world. Little Emi-chan is their little niece, half Kiwi, half Jap!
Ceremony at the Sheraton Paradise Chapel!
A wonderfully relaxed reception at the Flying Fish restaurant. The setting was perfect, and the food was incredible! Here the friendly staff are plucking lots of flowers from the trees to spell out the names of the newlyweds!
A time to reflect, and share a few words you might not often get the chance to say…
Jenny & David, thank you so very very much for giving us this amazing opportunity to document a very special part of your love story in Fiji. It was such a pleasure to get to know you guys, your wonderful families and your lovely friends more over plane rides, random hotel sightings, meals, and of course throughout the wedding day itself. Joel and I can’t believe how lucky we are to have such wonderful couples trust us with their day, and we know yours is going to be a love that lasts the test of time and anything else that life chooses to throw your way. Much love and many blessings!!! xx
