Life Unframed….Jesse turns one!

Now that there’s two of us working together, we’ve decided to start posting regular snippets of the photos we take of our own life. We share the joy of other families we photograph and we thought we’d share a peek into ours – albeit via iphone pics!  Last weekend, we celebrated Jesse’s first birthday in our new family home. The week leading up to the party was crazy as we’re really still in the “moving in” phase, but we managed to get it all together as well as cram in Jesse’s one year photo album over two late nights. Sticking in over 500 Instagram photos into a book is very time consuming (but it looks very cool!). We chose the theme Party Animals which was inspired by Jesse’s dinosaur hoodie. We’re really thankful for my sister who baked and decorated Jesse’s cake and to her fiance who designed and printed the wall decorations. Jesse had a giggle-ful time and enjoyed blowing out his first birthday candle (after trying to grab it) and smashing fistfuls of chocolate cake into his mouth.

Jesse, we can’t believe you’re ONE already.  Love you to bits!!! xo
