And his sweet big sis, Millie.

Cuddlehugs for the mum and dad!

And I love this little brother-sister set, you never know what the kids decide they'll do one moment to the next.

Reliving their wedding memories being in front of a big lens eleven years ago...I didn't even have to tell them what to do!

Family shots and lollipops!

Love love love the light in this pic, thanks to Joel for capturing it :)

Okay, I have a train to catch - I better run! Enjoy your Friday and the coming weekend - I'll be up at the Engage conference in the Blue Mountains so I might see some of you there. Thank you to this beautiful family for giving me an afternoon of smiles which I hope will make you smile for many more years to come. Thanks for letting me capture these memories with you...these little ones always grow up way too quick!!

There's something very special about watching your best friend grow a little new life inside her and then before you know it, become a mother. It was so exciting welcoming little Emily into the world, conveniently timed on what would have otherwise been a lazy Sunday afternoon on the 13th of July.
There's also something entirely contagious when the immensely excited new father gives you a call to share the big news! Seriously I think excitement bubbles were floating out the other end of the phone...so we got there as soon as we could!
Here she is, just about four hours old...

I went and visited Mish, Ed, and Emily again on the weekend, it was very educational to say the least, and I don't quite understand how new parents function on so little sleep. The body must product some kind of constant adrenalin mixed with the stuff no-dose is made out of or something!
Here's Ed looking at her as she emits one of her tiny little sneezes!

A little makeshift baby-sized bed...

I had asked Sonia to make me a little apple-head beanie to keep this little one's head warm in winter. It is so gorgeous but I guess she'll have to grow into it just a little so we don't have to roll the apple up!

In mummy's arms....she looks so peaceful.

A sleepy smile for you to end this post...goodnight!

love always xox
He was fast asleep in the back of the car when his parents pulled up into the carpark, but was got warmed up in no time in the morning sunshine. Joel and I had heaps of fun photographing this cutie, he made my heart melt by holding tightly onto my hand and not letting go...kinda made it hard to photograph but I didn't mind!

What a cutie!

I love kids this age, they are so curious but can't even talk just yet, but they make full sentences in their own language anyway!

One of my absolute favourite shots, taken by Joel

And I know I shouldn't post really similar pics, but I have a soft spot for sepia. One day I'm going to get enough of my favourite sepia headshots and collate them into a book that will make me smile just coz I can!

He was a restless little one, as toddlers often are, so mum and dad had decided to join him for a little run. You can tell by the look on his face that he loved it!

That's all for now. Nuri and Ardi, thanks so much for letting me photograph you beautiful family, hope you enjoy these photos of your little man growing up!

It's almost midnight on a Thursday night and I'm waiting for my husband to come home from his weekly ball game and I realise I haven't posted in awhile. It's been a busy week after a whirlwind weekend of movie marathons, gravy chips, engagement parties complete with make your own fairyfloss (more on that later), and of course a good dose of photos.

These parents had a rare gift of making their kids laugh on command. Okay, it might have had a little to do with some friendly tickles but it sure kept them giggles happening!

One of my faves....I love the colours and the aspect of movement in this shot.

Cuddles for mum!

Joel shot this little series with some major sunflare...i love how his adorable head of curls catch the light!

And these last ones make me smile...

Have a great weekend everybody!
