So I haven't posted in a long time - my blog got sidelined by some other productions: cutting Tez's album (hmmm...need to get back into recording), editing my own wedding video (now available on DVD!), making a whole bunch of wedding slideshow DVDs and revamping up Trish's website!!! Byebye May and June.

Anyway, finally I have something of my own to post...I present to you....Tuesday night's dinner!!!!!

i use google for all my recipes...mainly just to find out meat cooking times. as mentioned i substituted in bacardi rum instead of wine since i didn't have any.
