So I haven't posted in a long time - my blog got sidelined by some other productions: cutting Tez's album (hmmm...need to get back into recording), editing my own wedding video (now available on DVD!), making a whole bunch of wedding slideshow DVDs and revamping up Trish's website!!! Byebye May and June.
Anyway, finally I have something of my own to post...I present to you....Tuesday night's dinner!!!!!
Need to buy more butter.....I rarely use butter in my cooking....

I don't have any wine in my house. So Bacardi Black had to do.

3 hours in the oven in the Mario Pot and......tada!

Osso Bucco. Possibly better than lamb shanks.

Comfort food doesn't need presentation.

All gone, with the marrow sucked out. (I half choked on the second one)

i use google for all my recipes...mainly just to find out meat cooking times. as mentioned i substituted in bacardi rum instead of wine since i didn't have any.
